There are no plans for either to be released in UK cinemas.

SNE comes out on Jan 1st 2007 on DVD in the UK. No planned release date for The Marine, yet.
 
I didnt realise that SNE was out in Jan 07 but I am not suprised it went straight to DVD in the UK. I think we should expect the same with The Marine as well so maybe a DVD release for that around May 07?
 
It's not like we are missing out on cinematic masterpieces though. Hell, we aren't even missing out on 'okay' films.
