The Macondo well must be so damaged, they don't know what to do

like i said, oil is leaking out of the lower pipe through the bedrock, its fucked, no matter what they do
 
Yes, yesterday was the first time I ever heard the government actually say this was a possibility (Thad Allen at his press conference). I think this whole cap testing thing has more to do with figuring out how to proceed with the relief wells than actually trying to cap the well or even capture more oil.
