I asked what causes that lump in your throat when you are trying not to cry. and it's apparently normal but how long is too long for you to have that feeling? i have had the feeling of "i'm about to cry" for at least 4 to 5 days now... since my step dad died i have had trouble giving into my emotions and just crying and now even when i want to cry it's hard to...
