the 'leaving the toilet seat up' debate continues....?

what's the big deal with leaving the toilet seat up? if WE have to pick the seat up every time WE pee, why are you ladies unable to put it down? it's not that complicated. i think it's just another thing for you to b!tch about, honestly...
i sit down occasionally to take a crap or in the middle of the night, when i don't feel like coating the walls in urine in my unconscious state, and i always remember to make sure the seat is down, why can't you? and who cares what the bathroom looks like, it's not like you're going to be hanging around in it with your friends or anything. are you?
don't judge us for missing until you have a penis to aim with.... it's not as easy as you would like to believe.
 
I'm going to answer this the same way I do everytime. 9 times out of 10 I can remember to look to put the seat down first. However, if it is the middle of the night and I'm dead tired and don't feel like turning the light on because it's hurts one's eyes I might just forget to check that. Do us a favor and simply put it down...put both of them down for a nicer looking bathroom.
 
I agree with you, up or down, it really doesn't matter and the real lesson here is... Women need to turn on the lights when they go into the bathroom
 
The fact that toilets have seats on them in the first place, is the very reason the lid should be returned to the 'down' position. Women have to sit down EVERY time they use the toilet...men on the other hand, do NOT...so they are the only ones responsible for lifting it in the first place...taking it out of its normal operational/functional condition...Just as the "normal" condition of a jar of peanut butter would be with the lid ON...when you make a PBJ...do you leave the lid off and put it away, expecting the next person to come along to replace it...if that's the condition they need it to be in to keep it fresh? No...you replace the lid.
 
Because, women can't sit on the toilet without the seat but men can pee either way, if the seat is up or down. There is still a hole in the toilet. Women actually have to sit and would prefer to sit on the seat instead of the toilet rim or whatever you want to call it. I have a point. A very good point I might say.
 
I don't know either, just use toilet paper to put it down.

What makes me mad is when GUYS miss the bowl, and actually pee outside or on top of the seat.
