The Law on all this!?

Ok, so my friend is in abit of trouble with some guy and i can't sort him out as im on probation (long story) he plans to pretty much assault her house tomorrow with fireworks and MK5 thunderflashes (Type of explosive and is illegal to carry in public) he plans to break into her garden by smashing her fence and put fireworks through her front door and things like that.. i know all this as i know a mate of his and hes gone and told him.

Whats some of the sentences possible for this guy?
I know you'll get things like;
Possession of Explosives in Public (He plans for about 15fireworks and about 6 MK5's)

But anything else?
Ok lets make this less confusing for people, my friend is the one thats going to be attacked like this and i have another friend with the person that plans to do this!

Yes, its confusing but it saves me using their names etc.
 
Assault with a deadly weapon, arson, attempted murder, possibly murder if it goes too far. He could also be shot if the homeowner or the police catch him in the act.

This boy needs to be locked up.

Incidentally, you and your other friend are accomplices if you don't report this.
 
it is possible that anti-terrorism laws could be called into play or murder should the dwelling catch on fire and someone dies.

tell you friend he's nuts to even think about doing this.
 
You are on probation and now an accessory to assault? Quit worrying about the problems he may have. Worry about revocation of your probation!
