Just watched this for the first time yesterday i loved it some very stupid one liners from Arnie which made me laugh :D:D
You wanna be a farmer? Here's a couple of acres! just the way he says it makes me laugh out loud ahhh Arnie we love you:D:D

Yep great film and great soundtrack. Also has one of the best villians ever, Charles Dance as Benedict:

"If god were a villian, he'd be me!" :)

Great film. It's often overlooked as a usual arnie popcorn flick but I thought it was quite clever. I loved Charles Dance at the end where he gives a little speech about all the bad guys: "Hanibal Lecter can provide the catering". I also liked how it showed just how dark our world is. The bad guys can, and do, win here.

Saw this at the cinema when I was a young-un (I was pleased I'd managed to get into a '15', although I was with my mother at the time :D). Came out at the same time as Jurrasic Park, and therefore flopped. I've always like it, nostalgia and sentiment probably have a lot to do with that. The last act where Slater gets dragged into the "real" world is excellent.

Great film when it's set in the 'film' world. Once it comes into the 'real' world and Arnie is once more baby sitting for an annoying yank brat, and learning how 'you can't do stuff like that in this world', it becomes incredibly tedious. There was no need to underline the ridiculousness of the cop cliches they'd already exposed.

The 'highly trained rottweilers' gag is a belter.
