I saw a trailer a while back for this film and knew I wanted to see it as it looked like my type of film and I love Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves, but no one has ever mentioned it, not seen it advertised anywhere so assumed it wasn't much good. However, grabbed it from Sainsburys in the bargain bucket for
 
It's a remake of a Korean movie, Il Mare (or Siworae), which is far superior. Give it a go. If you even like the American version you'll love the Korean one.
