all batteries die and the iphone's battery is no exception.

When you replace your own battery you risk buying a cheap 3rd party knockoff, but even if you dont you still pay for it and you're stuck with a battery you're jsut gunna throw away anyway.
Well whats the difference if you go get it replaced at an apple store and having them recycle your battery for you anyway. You're paying for a legit battery anyway.
Granted you cant just add a battery when it loses juice, I dont deny that fault, but the batterylife on the iphone is more impressive than the other smartphones out there.
