are you sure? Because at the beginning of the movie they show him at a party i think which is where he meets her and they kiss on the bed. And then he gets hit by the car.

I got the impression that they met and liked each other before his "death"... i dont htink shes just a random girl.
 
Well, I had thought:

[sp]That they would both live. I mean, they were in a hospital for God's sake! There are tons of doctors around and with his mother I would've expected her to get some authority in that room.[/sp]

I don't think she was his girlfriend, I think she is just a girl who is closer to the world of limbo than others. And that is why she can feel his effects that he gives off.
 
I didn't recognize this by the title and I haven't had a chance to check out the link, but is this the one with the guy who is dead and he's channeling/contacting this girl to find out what really happened to him or am I totally off base? if it's that one, I'm totally interested!
