I just saw this movie tonight and I thought it was fantastic. Didn't dissapoint. I'm actually surprised that it's not bigger then it is.

The sick and twisted part of me was so rooting for Nick and Annie to fall in love.

I was really surprised when I saw it in the theater. In fact I saw it twice. I really loved it.

So glad it's on DVD now. I will definitely get it this week.

the dvd was out today!!! i was so excited!! i got it and watched it again...freaking amazing!! i love this movie!!

i SOOOOO want to see this movie!!! omfg. It looks good!!!

The guy is hella cute. He has a strange resemblance to Ryan Gosling IMO.

I saw this today. It was a great movie! I really liked it.

[SP]To answer earlier questions... Annie and Nick weren't romantically involved. She was the one that killed him. But the thing... he's not actually dead, but dying, so like the summary says he has to solve it before he dies... which sucks because he's "invisible". It was a really good movie. I suggest everyone see's it. :D[/SP]

The preview late last year was wrong about many things. But the movie was great.

i saw the trailer for this movie and its really interesting...and am definitely gonna have to go see it......

Hmm, wow, Im really interested to watching this movie now. It seems alot different than what the previews showed. I just assumed that she was his g/f or something, and then these random guys beat him up for some reason and then she helped solve it. But i guess she has something to do with it? Weird.

And i agree, I wish all the media stuff would stop.

My friend wants to see it and since I made him watch Disturbia, I'm gonna see this one, too ^^

The media (various print, online and network) have jumped all over the fact Annie is isolated and are drawing comparisons to the Virginia Tech incident.

I wish the media would just STOP.

There is nothing remotely similar about Annie's character and Cho Sung.

The only similarity is they feel isolated and like outsiders. Big deal.

Virginia Tech was a terrible tragedy, but the media keeps perpetuating it like a rabid dog who sinks their infected teeth into a story and then won't let it go... To perpetuate a climate of fear and depression. This is not healthy at all.

I hope this film rises above this nonsense because the original film was very moving and I am willing to give this remake a chance. That is if the media will let me escape for two hours instead of trying to draw erroneous parallels to something which is all too real and has nothing whatsoever to do with the story.

I've been wanting to see this movie eversince i have seen its preview...i can't wait to see this one

I saw the movie last week. I thought it was horrible. I had to see it for a newspaper review.

I'm sorry I just thought it could've been better. I walked out with more unanswered questions than I had when I came in.

I dont know if they are romatically involved but I guess we will find out :)

Here is a clip of Annie -- check it out:

I really want to see this. It just looks interesting. Plus, the guy playing the lead is kinda cute ;)

Two young teens' real selves are invisible to others, one due to his untimely death and the other due to the neglect she's endured since the death of her mother. -Plot taken from imdb

He's suppose to be a very popular happy boy whose murder had that all stolen from him. She a girl whose invisible emotionally because people ignored her since the death of her mother. I don't think she would have about the same feelings as much.

Though I could be wrong...

[sp]Apparently the girl Annie was worried that Nick would tell that she had stolen something. So her friends beat him up pretty badly and ditch the body. Nick starts trying to get Annie to do the right thing by finding his body to solve his murder.

Then I've also heard that he was killed by his friend Pete, so Pete could get some money Nick had hidden away. I'm guessing Pete feels so bad about killing his friend Nick, that Pete later kills himself.[/sp]

Yes, that is the one. Here is the summary from moviefone:

THE INVISIBLE is a supernatural thriller about a writer who finds himself trapped between the world of the living and the dead-completely invisible to the living. Nick (JUSTIN CHATWIN) has a bright future until he is brutally attacked and left for dead. Now in limbo, his only chance to live again is to figure out the mystery of what happened to him and why, before his time runs out. But how do you solve a murder, when the victim is you?

Comes out next Friday...
