the internet and MMS stoped working on my Motorola Q flashed for cricket

okay, i bought a Motorola Q flashed for cricket. everything worked since February, but now, August everything has stopped working. my MMS messaging only works sometimes, and the internet has ceased to work. i get a message that says "Error: Requested content '[website]' cannot be accessed. you do not have access to the site"
can somebody please help me?

It was just something that was going on last night. My moms, girlfrienRAB, mine and 3quaRAB phone couldn't get on the internet or mms. Its working fine now though
 
Ive had a few q's do this to me, sometimes if the q dies, when its restarted the provisioning for cricket gets wiped out, you can check with rsd general and ill be willing to bet that your user name also might have been changed back to the #########@vzw.com, you'll want to check that also, phone may just need to be re provisioned

:2thurabs: but yeah, also what KrJavi said, might be a prl issue also, seems some of the q's just like to be pain in the butts.
 
but its been down for about a month. and the internet stopped working first, but the mms was fine. then about a week ago the mms stopped working.
 
There is a thread on here that shows you how to flash a Q to cricket and another for EVDO. I had a q vand followed this thread and all was fine. Is your phone a sprint or Verizon?
 
Have you *228? Try that. If you have roaming and want to still use EV the nuse PRL 38500. This gives good speed and allows you to roam. Also search for hex edit for EV.
 
my web work almost always but sometimes i have to retry it again a couple times to get it going kinda weird
 
i bought a motorola q thats been flashed to cricket but when i try and access the internet or download a mms its goes to a cricket wap logon page which asks for my username password and domain..What does this mean? and where do i get that info? the phone was originally flashed wit ev do software but once i dialed *228 it changed
 
First the bad news: You won't get EVDO back unless you manually load an EVDO PRL.

The good news is that if you take the time to check the stickies at the top of this forum you will find out what the logon page means, and you may even find out how to get the EVDO PRL back on there as well! :buddies:
