Not quite right Nietzsche, but close. It is the media, but it is not because they like Isreal. It has more to do with the fact that Isreal had a organization that was put together to skew facts and change stories that go out in the US.

The first problem is that they release put-toghether stories ready for the air, and have them ready at a moments notice. Lazy american journalists would rather take a piece of paper and read off of it, it's too difficult to look up the facts yourselves. Palistine obviously has nothing like this. The second problem is that Isreali organizations harass with violence and words any journalist that dares speak the truth.

Heck, I'd be rich too if I were to get all of that money.

Israel is not rich because it knows how to play safe economics. It is rich because of FOREIGN investement and FOREIGN resources.

as an american i do not favor israel and never have. i dont favor anyone but that doesnt mean i dont feel sorry for palestinians.

of course groups like hezbollah and the PLO dont exactly help the lives of every day common palestinians. all they do is make it harder on their own people.

i think the israeli settlements are wrong but i think everyone has a share of blame to bear. noone is completely innocent in this but...noone is completely evil and to blame for all of this.

i dont believe shit ANY news media tells me. i look for information for many sources then form some kind of opinion on the matter. thats does not mean my opinion is set in stone and will not change. as new information comes to light i take it into consideration.

i DO think its striking that just about everyone else on this planet does not like israel and only a handful of countries do. i also believe if american welfare (sorry i mean "aid") stopped flowing into israel israel would be doing what regular palestinians are doing, throwing rocks and sending people to blow up palestinians with dynamite vests.

at least then it'd be a level playing field.

and sorry i cant believe my government wants peace in the middle east while its sending shitloads of military and regular aid to one side and sending jack and shit to the other. not a surprise to me that EVERYONE in the middle east hates us. and i dont blame them. thats a hell of an investment return for our money, an entire area of the world wants us dead. what a shock!

So when Iraq takes over land in Kuwait.. America sends troops over there and gives Kuwait back their lands.

When Israel takes over land in Palestinian territory, they give billions in dollars and weapons to Israel.
