After all, Republicans have written MAJOR portions of this Bill, including the so-called "death panel" (Sarah Palin) portion.
Do you really think both parties would sit in Congress and write a bill that is TOTALLY ILLEGAL, which it would be if even one of the wild accusations from insurance industry funded groups were true?
Euthanasia - ILLEGAL!
Access to personal information - ILLEGAL!
Denying care because of age - ILLEGAL!
Keeping you from buying competing private care - ILLEGAL!!!

Zaza - actually opponents of Chiropractic care in Medicare actually tried to insert a requirement for everybody to get x-rays first, which would of course make it so complicated (and would be unecessary and dangerous) that nobody would do it.
I've taken and interpreted thousands of x-rays, but don't think they're necessary for most people.
I do hope it's included in the new plan, but I'm not holding my breath.
