People like Joe Wilson and Ann Coulter (and many more, obviously) say that the health care reform would still cover illegal aliens, although Obama says that it wouldn't. I'm not too well-versed on the subject, so could anyone explain why 1. democrats say it absolutely won't, and 2. republicans know that it will. Basically, where is there any question? Shouldn't it be obvious as to whether it will or will not? Thanks!
