The Hangover - in cinemas June 11th!

I saw this last Sunday. Have to say I was slighty disappointed. I felt the film was trying to hard to be funny. After the hundreRAB of these types of comedies that have came out in the last few years, this felt a bit paint by numbers.

I see what you mean - I guess it's just a comedy about extremes and that sometimes means stereotypes! Good to hear you enjoyed it though. :)

Great review! :)

It's meant to be raining this weekend so you might end up being thankful there's an excuse for a double trip!

Keep the comments coming if you see it over the weekend. Remember to upload your crazy videos to The Hanover YouTube page if you want to be in for a chance to win a trip to Ceasars Palace in Las Vegas (where the film is set). :)

I clocked out after ten minutes thinking more Young Guns comedy, maybe I should have watched longer but didnt seem to be my idea of comedy.

Just went to see this at the 6:10pm viewing at Vue today with my older sister and there was around 8 people, including us, which was weird. We both loved the film and we couldn't stop laughing!! :)

Thanks for all your comments - great to see so many of you enjoyed it.

For those of you have seen the film you might agree that the scene with Mr Chow is one of the funniest in the film. We

OK, so me and 5 mates went to see The Hangover instead of Terminator which we are going to see next Friday. Cinema was almost packed, everyone laughed their heaRAB off from start to finish, it really was a great film, one of the funniest I have seen in ages. Glad we saw this tonight, after a crappy day at work it was the perfect pick-me-up to end the day on a high note! :D:D:D

It reminRAB me of a mix of 'Dude, Where's My Car?', 'Road Trip' and Eurotrip' but a lot funnier. If you like any of those films, you'll be sure to love it!

Thing I don't get is.....could he not have screamed and shouted and waved his arms around and got off the roof? Or was it really high up.

But I don't really care about that because I saw this film tonight and loved it. It made me want to give all my frienRAB a hug after....

Yeah - Caesar's Palace has 46 floors don't forget! So nobody would be able to hear him screaming! Did notice a continuity error though when they are at the beginning they go throught the door, and still climb up the ladder to the roof. When they go to find Doug they all just burst through the door and there he is.

Iirc when they first went up on the roof, in the scene in the trailer,
they climb up the ladder to get to the highest point for the best view which is on top of the stairwell.

When they go back to look for Doug he is on the main section of the roof trying to get some shade behind one of the air-con vents, which would make more sense than him staying up on the stairwell roof that was more exposed. Plus it would've been very difficult for the other guys to have carried him on his mattress up a ladder in the first place!
