Things are moving pretty slow considering he mentions things which are sex related often. It took him 3 dates just for him to kiss me, but the kiss was a full on make out with tongues and it was pretty passionate.

Whenever i mention something sex related he twists it e.g i said " f*** you" when we we're having an arguement via text (was only messing around) and he replied " yes please ;)" and i once said i didn't have any clothes to wear and he goes " might not be such a bad thing ;)" but he's always going on about girls boobs and stuff ( he even knows my bra size). I'm not 100% sure if he's a virgin or not.. he makes out he isnt by the way he's obsessed with naked women and sex related stuff. but the thing is i'm a virgin- sometimes i do play along to his silly games when he's being cheeky about sex and i would have sex with him after being together in an official relationship for a few months, but i just hope he's not going to go into an official relationship for sex because he has said " relationships do have their benefits ;) joke :P"
what should i do?? i dont want to tell him i'm not going to get with him for sex because i would sleep with him, but not straight away and i know how horny he can be..

Sounds like he's just being an immature guy. I think you should just tell him how you feel. If he cares about you he well respect you and not pressure you to have sex until you're ready. Well then again it's not pressuring it's just being annoying. Good luck.
 
Tell him you're offended by his sexual jokes and tell him to quit pressuring you. Say its not that you won't have sex with him, just say you're not ready. Sounds like the normal red blooded male to me.
