You seem a bit confused. By 'feirce 7', I assume you mean the 7 Gundams seen in Wing (Wing, Deathscythe, Shenlong/Altron, Heavyarms, Sandrock, Wing Zero and Epyon). In which case- no. Mobile suits themselves aren't Newtypes. You can build MS specifically designed to take advantage of Newtype abilities, but a Newtype is an actual pilot who either by evolution or forced experimentation has achieved abilities beyond what we currently consider normal.
Likewise, I don't think the conversations the Wing pilots have with their Gundams shows anything special either. Really, it's like when someone applies an affectionate name to their car or bike. For the Wing pilots, the Gundams were the closest things they had to consistent allies/partners and with them they had the strength to make a massive difference in the world. So it's more metaphorical/syrabolic. With Wing Zero and Epyon that takes on a new dimension. Because they have advanced data analysis software, it's more a tie into the fact that when they arrived in the series most characters were looking for the final direction they should take. Heero specifically is conflicted between his brainwashing to be a soldier and his desire through people like Relena to live as a person in a new era.
