"The Guest" Is this a pome, riddle, or trash?

The Guest

She is, by far the rudest guest
In my lifetime I have ever entertained
without a fore planned invitation
nor knock on any door,
she entered in without a sound
ever slowly she settled in to stay
and gingerly explored each room,
rearranging every thing that belongs to you!
no matter what it be, you cannot foresee
what is next in her daily foreboding routine,
her heart is cruel, spreading unexpected pain
she pounces like a cat, at any hour on the clock
and never tires to rob you of your personal dignity,
even when you laugh at her, or cuss a bit,
what's the very worst of her, beware!
Age; will never offer you an R.S.V.P.

I would definitely work on this more...it could be quite good in the end.
 
Indeed! It's a poem/riddle...and it's excellent!
I would have said 'cat', but that wasn' it...age, that's the worst guest of all...but, parts of that process can be squelched!
