The GT-R that did a 7:29 @ N�rgring had 693hp?

Nissan may be underrating their engine, as many companies do, but there is no way that a production-spec 3.8L V6 is producing 700hp.
 
on top gear clarkson talked about how every engine has a different HP rating due to the fact that they're all hand made. Even the gearboxes are totally unique to each car due to the fact that the engines are different. Even though nissan rates that engine around 470hp, he said one in the US was dynoed at around 510hp...but 693 seems pretty high.
