Just watched this film on DVD, great film isnt it?. Can anyone recommend more films like this, as it had a good 'feel' about it.

'The One and Only Jimmy Grimble' is an excellent film. We watched it by chance on Sky a few weeks ago and the whole family thought it was really funny.
 
I watched it in the cinema with just me and about 354 kiRAB, made it great fun! felt a bit funny, but it was a classic cinema experience :)
 
I watched 'Frequency' last night with Dennis Quaid in it. It is a bit far-fetched but if you like stories like that you will enjoy the film. I wasn't expecting that much from the film but after the first 10 minutes I was hooked.

The film is about a son coming into contact with his dead father on his father's old cb radio after 30 years and the resulting changes in history because of this. The film is full of twists and turns, and you are never quite sure where you are headed in it
 
Hi folks.

Staying with the Stephen King theme, look out for The Stand. Its a four part mini series, very well acted not the usual budget rubbish. It was shown on sky moviemax a few months back but should be available in any video shop.

Feelgood Factor 10/10 - The ubiquitous Good vs Evil storyline.
Bum Numbing 10/10 - You may want to watch in parts, warning, you'll want to watch the next part straight after (well the cliffhangers anyway).

i agree the stand imho is one of the most thought provokeing and spine chilling films/min-serise ever produced i have the compleate 4 vid set its great only wish it was on dvd well here's hopeing:p
