im writing a major work for extension history on the Great Pyramid at Giza. im focussing on the historiography of how it was built and why, so the main thing im looking for is definite historians on the pyramid who have certain views. i must relate the views to the excavations at the time, and to the historians context.
im beginning with herodotus, his views on it when he visited in 450BC. anyone know of any other historians who had certain views and backed them up with theory/fact, or any other help will be appreciated.
