the great british movie: shaun of the dead

I know I'm probably alone in this opinion but I thought it was unwatchable rubbish. After 20 minutes I decided to watch Sex Lives of the Potato Men instead. Now that was funny. :)

Not a GREAT British movie, but it's a hell of a fun movie, excellent edition to our little film world here in the UK. :)

It's ours OURS.

I half enjoyed it. It has some very good bits, and is worth watching.

But I was expecting so much after Spaced, that I was frankly a bit disappointed overall.

It is most definitely not a Great British Movie.

Sorry, that is my honest opinion. If you enjoyed it then for you it is a GBM. :)

Hmmmm, brilliant funny film with Zombies and some of the best comic actors in Britain. A Jonny Vegas vehicle with knob jokes.

Oh and SotD is f**king brilliant?

I dont understand how somebody can prefer Sex Lives Of The Potatoe Men to Shaun Of The Dead but each to their own!
I thought Shaun Of The Dead was a great film but slightly overhyped but recently I bought the Spaced boxset because of it!

He did love it, that is why he put Pegg and someone else as zombies in Land of the Dead.

"I dont understand how somebody can prefer Sex Lives Of The Potatoe Men to Shaun Of The Dead but each to their own!"

I don't understand how anyone can even like Sex Lives of bla bla bla.

I think it's good, yes but overrated. By the time I'd seen it, it was hyped up so much so it was a bit of a disappointment to be honest.
