The google Nexus one verizon? tmobile? at&t?

im planing to buy the nexus one, but im confused on which i should pick verizon at&t or tmobile. i want my internet to be as fast as possbile on that phone, is there a diffrence between these companies in phone internet speed? i currently have tmobile but i dont use the internet any advice who i should choose?

from what i hear at&t is way faster than verizon's internet
