actually that's not really the peoples opinion, it's just how IMDB rates it thats all. a lot of people who gave it a 10 probably think it's the greatest movie of the year or just plain loved it.

Have you look at his record? So basically youre saying if a person didnt like TDK hes looking for attention and only saying it because its not the popular opinion? All his ciriticism of the film stands...even though I dont agree with most of it. (But I can see how/why he didnt like the parts he criticized about).
