I like this girl and I want to ask her to prom, but her best friend told me that she doesn't want to go. It's not because of me or anything, so I have no idea why she wouldn't want to go to her last prom ever in her life. I'm waiting for her best friend to try to convince her to go, and then I'm going to ask her after I find out she's going. Should I ask her anyways? What should I do?
