hi there just wondering if any one has used the gina ford contented little baby routine ? and how it worked for you , im in desperate need to get my baby into a proper routine, hes my 2nd baby and is much harder than the 1st child i had. he has a reflux problem and doesnt sleep at night at all hes 8 months on 3 full solid feeds a day but jst refuses to sleep wich is making him a very unhappy baby who cries alot any one give me a good routine to try him with
