I have just seen this film today at the cinema. It was part of the "Orange Wednesday" promotion. A great little film by Polanski. Ewan McGregor was very good, as was Olivia Williams, and Pierce Brosman. Based on Robert Harris's book. Obviously it is a bit topical still as it sort of covers a former British PM who might face trial for war crimes. What are people's thoughts on the film?
 
Yes the ending felt oddly out of place. I think some told that although the book had the same conclusion the ending was slightly different.
 
Personally I thought it was Cack,and it makes me wonder how they managed to make a trailer for this film that looked exciting,but when put into the context of the film it was slow and rather boring.But thats just my opinion:p
