The Getting Fat Thread

I've decided to not care about going overboard on desserts this holiday season. Currently I've gained about 10 lbs in the last month, and still clirabing. All traces of a six pack are now gone. I'm at 180ish right now, trying to hit a cool 2 hundo by new years.

I'm still pretty much 100% paleo except for desserts. The difference between now and a month ago is, instead of eating a little bit of dessert every couple days or a couple of times a week or whatever, it's mulitple times a day.

I've had 5 Krispy Kreme donuts so far today.
 
Well I also had 2 roughly 1/4lb burger patties for lunch that were made with grass-fed New Zealand beef. My insides are so confused these days.
 
Ha! My weakness is scrapple! I can feel myself gaining weight but only in my aeries! So much fat but terribly addicting. I've only had it in Delaware before but I finally found a store that sells it near me and I think I've had some every morning since... Adkins approved! I'll have mine with butter!

i got moved from doing field work into the office in the beginning of march. i gained 25 pounRAB before july. luckily, that slowed down and i havent gained more than 5 pounRAB since then, but i was starting to get worried. i had to buy all new pants because it all went to my gut. i used to be pretty fit, and now im fatter ...and weaker than ever before. bench weight has gone down 40 lbs in the past year because ive been too busy eating key lime pie than going for a run.

Scrapple? It's this breakfast meat that's regional to the Pennsylvania-Delaware area. It's called scrapple because it's made up primarily from the pig scraps (hearts/livers/lard/ect.) SounRAB gross, but so good. Any Delawarean will vouch for it.
