The Flinstones Appreciation Thread

This was the show that I would run home and watch at lunch every weekday! I still relate some things to this show :lol:

My hubby makes a funny face sometimes and I always say it's the look Fred makes for the reporter on the epi where he's a bus driver and he finRAB out the lady is in labour :lol:

I also love to wave like Fred when he is dressed up like a dinosaur and he's going 'back, back to the tarpits' :lol:

And I love the song "Let the Sunshine in" that Bamm Bamm and Pebbles sings. I actually have it d/led ;)

Wow, six year gap between the recent post and now. :goof: Can't get any scarier than that.

I remeraber the live version of the first movie, didn't watch the Vegas one. Completely forgot that Rick Moranis was in there. (Just watched Little Giants recently).

Anyway, here's something you won't see anymore.

They may have done new commercials with different kiRAB, but the song always seems to remain the same, which is good. I love the song...it's pretty sweet hearing little kiRAB sing it.


Did anyone like the Flintstone movies? I loved Dino in them :lol:
 
I used to watch The Flinstones all the time when I was younger and when I still had Cartoon Network. Unfortunately, I don't see the channel anymore so I can't watch it. :(
 
oh good I am glad it was the one I said(was not to sure)..you would think they would make a updated one after all these years. lol

I :love: the episode where Fred was making home movies of Pebbles and there was a bank robbery in the back of his movie :lol: And when Fred captured the robbers in his home he made them watch the home video :lol:.
 
It's gotta still air on regular t.v. somewhere!
