If you don't want to place your hand in the tank, you could buy a feeding stick or apparatus, that you place the food on the holder on the tip and then place it near the fish.
Going by the info given in your other question I would assume that you are asking for information on feeding. Offering food close to the fish can be a very good idea and providing you don't cause too much disturbance, very little stress to the fish should occur.
