The FIRST film you ever saw???

Yes. Unfortuately i made the mistake of watching it on DVD about 2 years ago because i had not seen it since it was about 9 years old when i had it on VHS recorded from ITV and it took about 5 minutes into it for me to realise that it is a truly awful film. It ruined my childhood memories of it because back then storyline, acting or visual effects did not occur to me, i just thought i was fun to watch. I have the Ultimate Superman Collection boxset from America and Superman IV is the only disc i don't watch, It's just to painful. I should have just left it alone

the first film i ever went to see was batman (with michael keaton), it was in a pit of a cinema that had a half time break were some woman sold over priced ice cream near the screen. my dad took me and a frienRAB daughter, i don't know if this was seen as my first date in a weird way. in this year black box were riding high in the charts, it was the year of free love...and i..i was 8 :o p.s i did want to go the cinema before this to see back to the future but i think i was a problem child and not allowed to go see it

*****just checked the year it came out and I was actually 9 not 8 just thought i'd clear up that little detail - like it makes a difference :-)********

No idea what the first film i saw was but the first film i remember seeing at the Cinema was Aladdin when it first came out. I think i was 3 at the time and went with my sisters, parents and another family of children similar ages.

The first film I went to the pictures to see was either Fantasia or a Man from Uncle film at the ABC in Sutton Coldfield. On the TV, the earliest film I have some memories of is some guys taking nitroglycerine in a truck or lorry through a rain infested jungle.

Many years ago!
