The Final Destination 3D

I'm not even being dramatic when I state that: this is the worst film I have EVER SEEN.

I really enjoyed the first 3, they were good fun and had good enough plots and acting to maintain interest. The Final Destination 3D was not fun (it was unintentionally hilarious though), it did not have a good plot, and the acting was abysmal. Oh, and the 3D was awful too.

The only good thing about the film was the trailer for Avatar, which I admit made me very excited. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for this film!

It was the first film I'd seen in 3D. It took me a long time to get used to the glasses. It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I thought the technology would be better by now.

I enjoyed the film except the characters were VERY one dimensional so I didn't actually care that any of them died. But I suppose that doesn't matter since you knew it was going to happen anyway. But couldn't help feeling this definitely has to be the last one because it was no different to any of the other films. They can't keep doing the same thing over and over.

I am quite surprised they've decided to call it The Final Destination though, kinda ruling out any follow ups. Maybe Final Destination 4 3D was too confusing or something.

First one was a clever one-off film. All the others are extravagant set pieces with the narrative as an afterthought. It's like comparing the original Saw film to the sequels. They are fun but hollow inside.

The rollercoaster didn't crash just because of the camera. The camera only speeded up the death, the rollercoaster was always going to crash (there was a metal part sticking out of the rail, which is shown when Wendy is in the cart alone at the end of the premonition).

That's exactly my opinion too. I did enjoy it though and would definitely reccommend it, i felt that the ending could have been better though (forgive my macarbre mind, but the cut to skeleton vision seemed a bit of a cop out). It's probably the best example of 3D i've seen too, although the 3D 'Avatar' trailer that preceeded it look pretty damn impressive.

Just finished watching FD 4 now, tbh, I found it rubbish....I was rather disappointed with it as I had high expections as I enjoyed the other FD movies....this was the weakest sequel out of all of the movies.....xo

Saw FD4 yesterday and was really let down, all the others are a million times better.

FD4 was rushed, the deaths weren't even clever and so far fetched. Too much water/oil/fire.

I think they spent to much time deciding on the 3d element and less time on casting and story line

I was a little disappointed with fd4 and found it a bit boring.

Compared to the previous films i thought the deaths and the premonition scene were rubbish.

Saying that though i did think the 3d freshened up the series a bit.

Without telling me the ending because i really do not wanna be spoiled because im seeing it next friday, does the movie end in a way that you can tell that this is the final movie of the franchise.

I saw it last night and thought it was brilliant!!!!!

Best one yet imo. The deaths were as ridiculous as ever, the 3D was brilliant and it was just a fun night out!!

Can't wait for FD5, if they do one!

saw this yesterday. i liked the others (especially FD1 - well directed and thought out etc)

this was garbage

the acting was atrocious, especially the girlfriend

haha when the lead guy says 'im going to start living my life' after thinking they are safe, and they are all happy - err, it was only a few hours earlier on the same day that his best friend was killed in the swimming pool...

and i dont know whether its because of the 3D or not but the effects were awful. really bad computer generated blood etc

it was too rushed as well

Yep, this is a problem I have with most of the FD films.

The bit in FD 2 where (forgot his name) Shaggy from Scubby Doo gets his head cut off by the debris on the train track and the other just stand there and go 'Ok, what do we do next?' sort of thing. It really is lazy writing and directing but ultimately FD films are just harmless trash.
