The TyTN has a bigger screen, an actual Qwerty keyboard, 3G, almost twice the processing power, Stream media from your pc, use all Pocket PC software, skype, the opportunity to exchange ROMS as will and not just wait until Nokia says it is time.
Chance to do some major tweaking (if you know your stuff). More RAM after a reboot.
The ability to tether with your laptop and thus surf the web while being able to use the phone at the same time.

The fact is that is an inferior product compared to the TyTN, but that does not make it a bad phone. It is just like I was saying, a fully loaded Toyota is an inferior product compared to a Lexus, but that far from makes it a bad car on its own.
I think that was the issue with the guy who started this thread. He wanted to know which phone was "better" in between the S40 phone, the N73 and the TyTN. It was not a fair question since the product all are sold for different markets.
