The Feelies

I'm surprised I couldn't find any mention of them on the forums. They were a jangly 80's college rock band from New Jersey. From what I've listened to so far, they strike me as a middle ground between The Smiths and Big Star...

Urban, do I have your attention yet?

Anyways, pretty good band. Check 'em out.

(I might upload something should I have the time later)

em....pretty much yeah....i gave up listening after 3 songs....if i didn't know they were from the 80's i would have been all over your ass for making me download such crap....

The Feelies - Crazy Rhythms

You ****ing ****sucking ***gots had better ****ing download that **** because it's 4:43 AM and i've been sitting around here waiting for that ****ing **** to finish uploading and I'm tired as hell and it's also a really good album and **** ****... yeah.

I'd say that Crazy Rhythms is the most popular obscure post-punk album there is and I've never really understood why it get's about half the attention of Entertainment or Live At the Witch Trials I really don't think it's a difficult listen. Really the only thing those albums have on it are influence in my opinion. It's a whole lot more poppy than Gang of Four or The Fall ever were. It's definitely one of my favorite albums.
