Probably not much as we think. Fat Tony is a businessman, so unless Homer was borrowing money from him, FT would be dealing w/ people he could extort, like Moe or Apu.
 
Yeah, I was thinking it might be Snake or Sideshow Bob in that scene, but it makes sense that it would be him (especially since we saw SB in his own cameo earlier). I loved his line too.....paraphrasing...."Well, I'm Catholic..but okay." :D

I think Joe Montegna is one of the longest running guest stars on the shiow, along with Kelsey Grammer.

Was Fat Tony's first appearance on the show when Bart worked for him?
 
Fat Tony is one of the best secondary characters on the show, but I feel that he is underappreciated.
I would love to see more eps and storylines that revolve around Fat Tony. I noticed that there is NO thread about Fat Tony, and I feel that the best Simpson's gangster should get his very own thread.
