The environment and the arts, is there a career for me?

I am entering my junior year at Cardozo high school in New York, and the impending pressure to choose a career path and gear yourself towards it is becoming more and more involved in my life. i have many interests, and have at some point wanted to pursue a career in each of them. Some of my more lifelong interests were in visual arts and ecology/sciences dealing with animals and the environment. i also have a talent for history and English, my only weak points being mathematics. Is there a specific career out there that combines the aspects of design and ecology? i know sustainable eco-practices will be a rapidly evolving field in the coming years with the pressure on oil, and the need to find ways for the public to live in a manner that doesn't have as great of an impact on the earth and its resources, but the question is what can do to help that process along? i volunteer at a local environmental center, and i am taking several AP courses next year, one of which is environmental science, i also took pre-portfolio art with the intent on going into advanced portfolio, but the program was sadly cut.I have thought about pursuing green architecture, but my mathematical Achilles heel would be an issue. I'm not expecting to find my life's work in yahoo answers, but I'm just fishing for something to think about. Also, if you can, please include a college that you would recommend for pursuing such a future, preferably in the New York area, but it doesn't have to be.
Thank you very much for your time.
