oh i figured it out .........it works for manay f us because we dont know either we have saved shsh for 3.1.3 or not.this method ll only work if u have ur bolobs saved on surik server (cydia).if u dont have already saved ur shsh bolbs u ll get error like 13xx.

if u r not sure u have shsh blobs saved on surik server u can use the firmware umbrella

I was able to downgrade one yestedy. now I have another one to downgrade but it giving me errors. It was on 312 so I tried to jailbreak it with redsnow after then it remain in DFU mode, i think I have no uption than to restore it with 4.0 with the hope of downgrading it to 3.1.3 but unfutunately the phone failed to go back to 313, always error.

the problem is that i get apple logo with wheel rotation in the centre(like when wifi symbol rolls)when proceeding the process u mentioned i get error 3194.
