the easiest way to downgrade os 4 to 3.1.3 3G n 3Gs

Hey i get a 3194 error... should i proceed to recboot?
I have an Iphone 3GS newboot ios4 and no shsh,
 
I BHAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES
BUT STILL SAME ERROR
3194
SO THIS THREAD IS REALL b-ULSH!T

u trying with another firmwer not with 3gs firmwer neither ur file not sucessfully download

i Downgraded my 3GS 32 GB Sucessfully but when i was trying to downgrade my second iphone 3gs 16gb its not working any idea whts wrong with that
 
Dear brothers pls read carefully my first post and do axact as i told you. A few minutes ago I did one 3Gs from 4 to 3.1.3 successfully without shsh blob. Always check your "host" file or every time change it by this file provided by me.

my one question is that should it be in ios4.or can i try it in stuck 3.1.2 or 3.1.3.i never upgraded this sets to ios4.with 3.1.2 and3.1.3 when i try always i get error 3194.kindly help me
 
this solution work 100% tested by me. i hard one 3gs 4.0 and downgrade to 3.1.3 using this solution and now am using it .
