the easiest way to downgrade os 4 to 3.1.3 3G n 3Gs

These are the IPs I tried: (not 1 by 1 but everything in the hosts file)

well i have iphone 3gs os4 16gb and 32gb both

i have tried your method

but when i put the phone in dfu mode it connects with itunes and says me to restore it when i give it restore frimware it says "THE IPHONE COULD NOT THE RESROTE BCOZ THE FIRMWARE IS NOT COMPETIBLE"

Even its "iPhone2,1_3.1.3_7E18_Restore"

help me please guys what to do!!!!

when i say ip problem this mean my ip not remote ip. because from some of ip itune detects the current situation. today i did one set 3gs, i tried from my default dsl cable connection i succeeded but on the same set agin when i tried from a diffrent wireless connection i got error again and again so may be u have this kind of proble, but i'm not sure

dont try in windows 7 , your usb will not work sure .and the sound card all will crash .

yes downgraged many 4.0 to 3.1.3 or 3.1.2 3g & 3gs too

Hmm..... Thanks bro, atleast theres some direction for me to try. Probably I will try at home later but with a laptop running Win7. If failed I might try in a diff country since I will be travelling abroad within a week or so.

pls check your "hosts" file again n if u find any change then replace it and restart ur pc or if it is ok then reinstall itune 9.2 and do again

Youre just wasting time. If its 4.0 then no shsh blobs Forget it.
