The DVD player on my touch screen stereo doesn't work.?

I just bought a XoVision In-Dash DVD Receiver w/ 3" Touch Screen & Bluetooth for my car. I installed it myself (took about an hour and a half). Everything else works great except that i cant get DVDs to work. When i put the DVD into the slot, i wait for about 10 seconds and it spits the DVD right back out. I didn't burn the DVD, i bought it. If you have any solutions to this problem please let me know.
