Question: If you could impose a 3 year ban on one Eurovision country, who would it be?
It can be based on previous entries, political drama or purely personal!

Dunno if I'll be able to vote this week because of the possibility of not being able to listen to all the songs :( But I will try my best! (Shouldn't really be on here now, but what the hell haha)

And I would offer to host the second semi, but it would have to be in the last week of October, as I have leave then

I've been listening to some of the songs on RTBF's online selection and I've completely fallen in love with the song thats currently in the lead, C'est La Musique. Catchy little song.

Apparently SVT have received a record 3,852 songs for Melodifestivalen. :eek:

Surely they can choose a better line up of songs for MF 2011 as this years was pretty bad. I only liked 10 songs from this years MF.
 
I bet they haven't all been taken, there are a couple of corkers there which I wish I'd looked at before making my final choice .... it's not too late to change I guess ;)
 
I couldn't stand Dannii Minogue to begin with but last couple of years, I've really liked her...since Ruth Lorenzo, I think! Not musically though, whenever I think of her singing, I think of Put The Needle On It which drove me nuts!

I do like Cheryl, I think she's a very beautiful girl and fair play to her for doing so well with limited vocal abilities but I get annoyed with the Nation's obsession with her (well Simon Cowell and the tabloiRAB). She's not a "National Treasure"!

I'm with those in favour of a one off vote for the Worst final - I already have my points sorted for that!

I'm loving the Fantasy Eurovision games but if people want real ESC entry competitions I'm all for that too, I won't do a Luxembourg or Italy or Czech Republic etc and just stop entering! I do think though that if we do country specific competitions then when it comes to Italy, San Remo post Italian withdrawal should be exempt as it will just be an extension of fantasy ESC otherwise.


I've got an idea for a competition - what if we get a list of everyone who wants to take part and then randomly assign them a year or a country. From that year or country the member picks their favourite and that is their entry for the comp.

And to think, I was actually coming up with a back-up offer! Still, it's nice to have a back-up in case I suffer a change of heart :)
