Check the fuses first.
But know this, GM has had problems with their heated seats from about 99 to present. The heating elements eventually separate from normal sitting and repeated use.
You can get the elements replaced at your dealer, but expect the job to cost between $250 and $500.
You could buy aftermarket heating elements and wire them into the factory locations too. No idea what that cost might be.
