The Disc Try on my VCR won't work.... Please Help?

Its stuck open, and when you press the open/close button it makes a loud buzzing sound, I think it might be off track, Do you know how I can fix this problem, or tell me something I can do about it? Please, I don't want to have to buy a new VCR
