Here's the part I don't get... i go to the market and there's fish sealed in cellphone in the fridge. Then there are fresh fish packed in ice near the deli. What's the difference? I understand the fish on ice is fresh and you've got to take home and cook pronto. If it must be cooked pronto, then how come they can slice it up and also sell it in the refrigerated section. I'm sure it's a simple answer, but it eludes me.
