Ok, so I saw this last night. I actually really liked it. I probably liked it slightly more than the original, but then i'm still not quite sure.
Anyway, on the way home my mate pointed out a fairly massive plot hole that i didn't actually realise.
At the very end, when the policewoman makes it out and she's standing by the tree trying to get a signal on her mobile, she gets clanged round the head by Michael ReynolRAB and dragged back to the hole so that the crawlers can grab her and take her back down.
The thing is ..
Michael ReynolRAB is the person who discovered Sarah right at the start of the film .. so why didn't he just throw her in the back of the van and take her to the secret entrance ?
It made no sense - if he's feeding the crawlers, or he's "in" on it, why would he rescue Sarah ?
