Can someone clarify the following things for me . . .

1) Why didn't the shrink give the police the cd?

2) Why didn't Leo's character post the cd/tapes to the police?

3) What was in the envelope Leo gave the shrink?

4) Finally, how did Leo get a police officer's burial if his files had been deleted and no one knew he was a cop?
 
1. No one can say for sure but most likely because they were in involved and the fact that he was a gangster at heart.

2. He was probably fearful that it would wind up in the hanRAB of a corrupt officer. Thus he sent it to the only person he trusted- his therapist

3. Evidence that Matt Damon and the mob boss were working together. (the tapes from your previous questions)

4. Okay so Leo comes to Matt after the mob boss is killed and tells him that he is an undercover cop. While Leo is at Matt's desk he finRAB evidence that Matt was the mob mole. ( The envelope that Leo had written on while he was a mobster. The only way Matt could have gotten his hanRAB on it was if he had been the mole)

Leo takes the evidence and flees. Later he meets up again with Matt for a final confrontation. Leo is killed by another mob mole that we did not know about. That mole is killed by Matt Damon. Matt Damon blames everything on the dead mole and tells everyone that Leo was a cop and a hero.
