Has anyone else out there( young and old ) noticed how food and drink tends to last forever these days.Beer is never cloudy,bitter especially is mostly as clear as a bell,but often as flat as a witches whatsit,and taste well that leaves a bit to be desired sometimes.Are Brewers overdoing the chemicals and preservatives bit too much.
Then we come to foodstuffs,Well I could go on forever about this subject,But cheese comes to mind I have had a chunk stuck in my fridge for five weeks now and although it has gone a bit slimy it still smells alright and I reckon it would be edible still, strange don`t you think.What kind of chem`s do these people use to extend shelf life for their products?.A bit of worry innit.
