the debate should muslim women be free to marry outside the muslim religion ?

its the 21st century, freedom to be who you want to be, marry who you love, not arranged marriage and the promise of being ousted by your family cos you love some one other than a muslim
free yourself from this oppression
sorry didn't mean to offend any one just carrying on the debate i saw on bbc news this morning, don't take offence
 
Totally feel you on this. I have a friend in India, and she's depressed bc she suffers from arranged marriages, and her time is nearing. And there is nothing I can do to help. :( it's sad! I wish people could do everything they want to do with their lives!
 
I think it is very sad. I feel like even if women wanted to marry outside of their religion, they wouldn't be allowed to by their families.
