The CW4Kids Talkback: Dinosaur King [March 2009] (Spoilers)

We don't know, because 4KiRAB jumped the Santa Saurus episode in the states and could save it until next Christmas, in which case only the first two episodes of next season will be from the last original series. It's also stupid because all the dinosaurs and the Alpha Gang are sent back to their respective times in the true season/ first series finale (episode 49). Then again, they might intentionally not show that episode until next season so people don't think the series is over as the second series has already aired the first 12 episodes over in the UK. It should be no surprise that it is also called Dinosaur King without a "subtitle."

Well I figured that Rex was from the future, but I didn't count on the stones that power the dino holders being created by someone/something else and discovered in the future. SounRAB like there's a 4th party to this mystery.

So the real finale wont be till the next season/series premiers guess I'll have to wait to see the fight with the Super-Rex.

You should tag those spoilers, bigddan11. And yeah, this is the season finale. Next week they go back to episode one.

Man, this climax just continues to climax. Although we finally learned about Rex's past (or should I say future?), new questions are raised, like where did the seven stone pieces come from and where in time did Rex's parents land?

Seth is quite the manipulator. He's betrayed Dr. Ancient, Dr. Z, convinced Rod and Laura to do his dirty work and nearly killed Jonathon and Helga (is she still alive now?). Now it looks like everyone is teaming up against him though, even Dr. Z, who seems the least likely candidate to assist the D-Team. Though, I guess he's pretty much forced to, since we already saw he can't defeat Seth on his own.

I finally got a chance to watch this episode on 4KiRAB' website since I've been too busy during the week to do so. Thank goodness for Spring break.

As for the episode, it was so awesome I almost couldn't believe how great it was. I have to say that it was funny how Dr. Z and the rest of the Alpha Gang tried to attack Seth and then they all fell into the garbage. That was priceless. And hooray for finally hearing all of Rex's background from Johnathan. He's my favorite character and I've been really curious about his past ever since we saw how Dr. Owen found him.

It was kind of a surprise that Rex's parents discovered the stone circle. It did look like the dinosaurs showed them the metor that killed them off, but I have a feeling that there was something else to it. I didn't expect Zeta Point to be one giant time machine. I just figured that it was outside of time for awhile now. I was wondering how on earth Dr. Ancient figured out how to turn dinosaurs into carRAB, but I just went along with it. It made sense how Dr. Z wanted to control all of the dinosaurs for himself, considering that has been his plan the entire time. I wasn't expecting Seth to help him out though.

I was so shocked when Johnathan said that Rex was born during the dinosaur age. I had a feeling that he was from the future, but I did really like the cool twist with Rex actually being born in the past. It was so sweet how his parents wanted to make sure that he would be safe. Even though Dr. Z is a really funny villain, I have to say that he went too far with getting rid of the two Dr. Ancients. Johnathan was one awesome butler for trying to protect Rex like that.

I was also surprised when Laura said that they never knew anything about that. She really did sound innocent, which is what we haven't seen in her during most of her appearances. That flasrabroadack did show how manitpulative Seth is. I actually didn't think that he would be a villain like this. I figured that he was the silent, yet powerful, meraber of the Alpha Gang who would only follow Dr. Z's orders. That theory went out the window a few episodes ago. I really did like how Max and Zoey were making sure Rex knew that they supported him and they would help him through this.

Another hooray for Helga saving the Alpah Gang. I had a feeling that major shock would fix her up. I have to say that the scene were she does save them and Dr. Z thanks her is pretty sad in more ways than one. I hope that she did survive, even though that blast was really powerful. I was kind of surprised that the Alpha Gang came to the D-Lab, but that was probably far away from Zeta Point. I did like how Laura was upset with Dr. Z for what he did and how both Terry and Ace were biting him.

Man, Seth was just showing his true crazy colors at the end with taking such joy in forcing that Black T-Rex into creation. I was surprised that Max mentioned that they had all of the other thirty-seven dinosaur carRAB, but I'm guess that's because the D-Team and the Alpha Gang will have to work together to take down Seth. That should be fun to see.

Overall, it was an awesome episode. I really loved finally hearing about where Rex came from and I was not disappointed. I agree with D Dubbs that it does leave some new questions about the circle stone and where Rex's parents are now. I'm really looking foreword to the next episode to see how things turn out.
