The CW4Kids Talkback- Chaotic: M'arillian Invasion- The Entire Series (Spoilers)

I can't help but wonder what the Marillian's are up to. First they ambush the lava pond, and now they are brainwashing the Underworlders. Apparently they also have the ability to see across time and pace and into other dimensions since they can see possible battle strategies from Drome matches. They are truly bad fellows.

Well we know that a Chaotic player can tap into the memories of the monster it is currently playing. Apparently Marillians can do the same thing to players that use their cards.

Chaotic M'arillion Invasion is a series that I really want to get into and there are times that I do and then there are times where the dialog is so bad and the battled in the battle drone get so corny that I can hardly help but to change the channel. From an animation standpoint I think CMI is one of the best shows on television, the art is amazing and the character design for the beasts/monsters are amazing, they rival that of even He-Man in the 80's with the cool heroe's and villains, but the series focuses too much on card battling and not enough of exploration and storyline action. I suppose the main plot revolves around the game game and all, and it's starting to annoy me that almost every cartoon with action these days seems to revolve around a card game, but I guess thats just a sign of the times with the need to sell merchendise. Overall I do enjoy this series depending on what kind of an episode I am watching, but I CANNOT stand the original Chaotic, the horrible plots and terrible animation turned me off from the very first episode.

Is anyone else a little worried that
Kaz may be under the control of the M'Arillians now? The way Mister E was talking it sounds like the M'Arillians are after the Chaotic players as well as the creatures of Perim.

He didn't really seem affected to me. But yeah, it's interesting that Chaotic players are also susceptible to the mind control of the M'arrillians (albeit in a different manner).

Chaotic: M'arrillian Invasion
Episode 19 - When a CodeMaster Calls
Original air date: April 4, 2009

Peyton is flabbergasted when he gets a call from CodeMaster Hotekk. The CodeMasters news could turn Peyton's life upside down -- but first he'll have to survive his trip to Psikoom City, a terrifying underwater metropolis!

I'm really looking forward to the next season, especially after how good these recent episodes were. Though I feel the final battle with the M'arrillians was a bit rushed, so I hope we get some quick updates on stuff we didn't get to see, such as what do the tribes do now in regards to their alliance, and if Tangath Toborn managed to survive. I am so not up to them showing such things several episodes later, like they did with the Prexxor Chasm virus thing.

Thanks for the link to the video man, that snippet looked awesome and it looks like the new season will be action packed! Hopefully the focus more on battles in Perim and less on the kids battling in the battle center, the show flows a lot better when there is action and a fun story behind it rather than game battling in my opinion.

Chaotic: Secrets of the Lost City
Episode 01: "Perithon" - October 31, 2009 @ 11:00AM(e)
The Allied Troops celebrate their victory and new spirit of unity by staging a race through Perim, which quickly turns dangerous.

Because the absolute best way to start off a new season of an action cartoon is with a marathon. >_>

Also, I'm probably in the minority, but I really did not like the season finale at all. Although it focused mainly on the tribes rather than the humans, they had to throw in an utterly pointless "side story" that featured nothing but the four main characters looking for their scanners and stopping ocassionally to view the carange. Plus, the whole thing with the scan portals made no sense - why in Perim would the Codemasters make it possible for people to get out of the main hall, but not back into it? Add that to nothing but endless fight scenes and absolutely no characterization, and you have an utterly generic and bland season finale to what has really become a pointless show to me.

We suspect the Perithon is a car race btw:

I suspect the reason players in Perim were prevented from returning to Chaotic was to keep any brainwashed players from harming other players. Players were probably prevented from leaving the Port Court to keep players on Earth from downloading any brainwashed code (Episode 29: "Chaotic Crisis" comes to mind as to what could 'possibly' happen if Chaotic or Earth were under attack). Going back into Perim was probably "at your own risk".

I know. I have a few spoilers:

-Krystella has a sister named Jycella, and she is in love with Peyton
- A creature named Uneron will be ambassador to the M'arrilians
- Uneron has a love interest named Valena.

Just a couple of days away until the new Chaotic series is here, I for one and getting really excited for this due to those great teaser trailers that 4Kids showed us last week and on their web site. I hope we eventually get a good DVD release of Chaotic in the United States and I hope the popularity of the the series will help to spark that, it seems so wrong to walk around the DVD aisle at Best Buy and not see a set for Chaotic.

Both of the brand new episodes today were good in their own way. The first episode where Kaz was trying to prove that Chaotic was real was kind of cool and it really gave the viewer a sense of how the whole Chaotic world works, and the second episode that aired today was great for battle sequences and showcasing the great creature designs that this show features. I was definatly enjoying my hour worth of Chaotic today, but isn't this the last few new episodes before repeats throughout the summer? They showed a sneak peak of next fall's season, so it led me to believe that Chaotic is going into reruns for the spring/summer.
